Midas.com’s New Web Site Drives Franchisee Success

Midas needed a global, multifunctional Web site to address business goals while providing a valuable, educational experience for customers and driving business for their franchisees. Because franchisees sought help managing their customer relationships, the site needed to capture consumer contact information for marketing programs.

Gamma implemented the DotNetNuke portal and content management solution and created a full suite of custom interactive features. The new site provides easy access to neighborhood locators, a feedback portal, and sign-up capability for maintenance reminders and monthly specials. Gamma’s design and architecture make it easy to navigate through the 200 English-language Web pages, which we subsequently translated into French and Spanish.

The Midas.com Web site now serves over 4 million page views per month, and Gamma provides ongoing strategic planning, development, optimization and analytics services.
